Dr. Kendra Philman is originally from Bell, Florida, which is a small farming town in the north central part of the state. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, then attended the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Philman worked at a mixed animal practice in Williston, Florida for seven years before joining Fork Union Animal Clinic in 2010. She has a special interest in dental surgery, soft tissue surgery, and dermatology. Dr. Philman is married and has a young son named Graham. She currently has two cats, Francesca and Slim. In her free time, Dr. Philman is busy restoring her late-1800s house in Charlottesville.
